3. Payments
That depends on the type of transaction, Buy transactions initiated on or before 12PM ADT are effected before close of work, 5PM ADT.
Sell transactions are effected inside of 2 hours after credit confirmation on our end.
Sell transactions initiated via e-transfer (Interac) can take between 30 mins - 2 hours after credit confirmation on our end.
Sell transactions initiated via wire transfer can take between 3 - 5 business days after credit confirmation from the bank.
Transactions initiated after 12PM ADT that aren't e-transfer are likely to take effect the next day regardless of whether it's a weekday or weekend.For now we only service NGN and CAD fiat currency pairs.
