We may update these Terms from time to time in response to regulatory changes, updates to our Services, or other operational requirements. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Our operations are conducted in compliance with the Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition) Act 2022 (MLPPA), the Terrorism (Prevention and Prohibition) Act 2022, and all applicable regulations and directives issued by the CBN and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). Where we operate in jurisdictions outside Nigeria, our Services are delivered in compliance with the applicable regulations of each respective jurisdiction.
Ntradex currently operates and provides Services in Nigeria, Canada, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Australia. Where we operate, our Services are offered in compliance with the laws and regulations of each respective jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our Services is lawful in your country of residence or operation.
Ntradex reserves the right to restrict or decline Services in any jurisdiction where doing so would conflict with applicable law or where we have not yet obtained the necessary licences or regulatory approvals.
The currencies available on our platform include the Nigerian Naira (NGN), Canadian Dollar (CAD), United States Dollar (USD), British Pound Sterling (GBP), and Euro (EUR), subject to availability in your region. We continue to expand our currency and corridor coverage as part of our growth strategy.
Accepted payment methods include Local Bank Transfer, Card payments (Visa and Mastercard), and Interac (available to Canadian users). Availability of payment methods varies by region and is always confirmed within the platform at the time of transaction.
Ntradex provides a multi-currency financial platform designed for individuals and businesses engaged in cross-border payments and foreign currency management. Our core Services include:
Currency Exchange: Convert between supported currencies at competitive rates. All conversions are executed through your Ntradex wallet and are subject to applicable fees disclosed at the point of transaction.
Virtual Accounts: Hold balances in multiple currencies within your Ntradex wallet. Virtual accounts are not bank accounts and are not insured by any government deposit protection scheme.
Deposits and Withdrawals: Fund your wallet via supported payment methods and withdraw to verified bank accounts. Transaction limits apply and may be subject to your KYC verification level.
International Transfers: Send funds to recipients in supported corridors. Transfer speed, availability, and applicable fees vary by corridor, payment method, and the recipient's bank or mobile wallet provider.
Business Accounts: Registered business clients may access enhanced Services including higher transaction limits, bulk payment capabilities, business FX management, and API integrations for payment workflows. Business account eligibility and features are subject to successful Know Your Business (KYB) verification and approval by Ntradex.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes that affect your ability to access or use the Services.
Creating an Ntradex account is free of charge. Fees apply to certain transactions, including but not limited to: outbound international transfers, currency exchanges, card-funded deposits, and certain withdrawal methods. The fee schedule varies by corridor and payment method.
All applicable fees are fully disclosed before you confirm a transaction. By confirming, you agree to pay the fees displayed at that time. The current fee schedule is available on our Pricing Page within the platform. We reserve the right to revise our fee structure, and material changes will be communicated with advance notice.
Exchange rates on the platform incorporate a margin above the mid-market interbank rate. The effective rate applied to your transaction and the exact amount your recipient will receive are clearly shown before you confirm.
To use Ntradex Services, you must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current identification and profile information as required during registration and at any subsequent verification stage. Each individual is permitted to hold only one personal Ntradex account. Corporate accounts are subject to separate business account terms.
Ntradex accounts are for lawful personal and business use only. You may not open or maintain an account on behalf of, or for the benefit of, an undisclosed third party in a manner designed to conceal the true beneficial owner of funds.
To access our Services you must create a profile with accurate personal or business information. You are responsible for keeping your profile current and for notifying us promptly of any material changes to your information or circumstances.
As part of our regulatory obligations under the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), the Special Control Unit Against Money Laundering (SCUML), the Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition) Act 2022 (MLPPA), and applicable international standards, we are required to conduct identity verification (KYC) and ongoing due diligence on our users. You agree to cooperate fully with these processes and to provide requested documentation in a timely manner.
Ntradex reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close your account and to hold pending transactions if you fail to provide required verification documentation, if we detect activity inconsistent with your stated profile, or if we are required to act by applicable law or a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA on your account as an additional layer of protection.
Use a strong, unique password for your Ntradex account and update it regularly. Be vigilant against phishing: Ntradex will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone call. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact us immediately at support@ntradex.ca.
Ntradex is not liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, unless that loss results directly from a security failure attributable to us.
Ntradex allows you to convert balances held in your multi-currency wallet from one supported currency to another. Conversions are executed at the exchange rate displayed to you at the time of the transaction, which includes a margin above the mid-market interbank rate.
Exchange rates are indicative and may fluctuate between the time of a quote and the time of execution. Ntradex does not guarantee that any quoted rate will remain available beyond the period displayed on screen. Once a conversion is confirmed, it is generally final and cannot be reversed.
We do not provide investment advice or foreign exchange hedging products. Currency held in your wallet is not an investment, and fluctuations in exchange rates may affect the value of funds you hold in non-domestic currencies.
Ntradex operates a referral rewards program through which eligible users can earn credits by inviting others to the platform. When a referred user registers and completes their first qualifying transaction, both the referrer and the new user may receive a reward credit as specified in the current program terms displayed within the platform.
Earned rewards accrue as points ("x:points") within your account. x:points can be redeemed for cash credits applied to your wallet balance or for discounts on transaction fees, at redemption rates specified on the platform. Points have no monetary value outside the platform, cannot be transferred to third parties, and cannot be exchanged directly for cash.
Ntradex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes. Accrued unredeemed points may be forfeited upon program termination, with notice given where possible.
